Quentin Brelsford won the 1946 NCAA cross country championship, then one race encompassing all divisions, to become Ohio Wesleyan's first national champion in cross country.

Ohio Wesleyan has won 133 North Coast Athletic Conference championships -- more than any other NCAC member institution -- since the conference began competition in the 1984-85 academic year.
