at Ron Althoff Invitational

Junior Hannah Benzing (Findlay/Liberty Benton) and sophomore Katie Helfich (Marysville) stood out for Ohio Wesleyan during the second day of the Ron Althoff Invitational, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan on Tuesday at the George Gauthier Track.  The meet was not scored.

Benzing chalked up a third-place finish in the shot put and added a ninth-place finish in the discus.

Helfrich finished in ninth place in the heptathlon.

Other standouts for the Bishops included senior Sam Smyth (Falmouth, Maine), who placed 10th in the discus.
